PVC covers offer a low cost but attractive method of creating an enclosed car transporter. The cover can be mounted onto any of our range of open trailers, or retrofitted at a later date.

A galvanised steel framework is fabricated, incorporating a sloped front to aid aerodynamics and apexed roof members to avoid water collecting on top. The PVC cover is then tailor made to be a sound fit on each individual trailer.
The PVC material used is of the same standards as that used on commercial curtain-side lorries (H/D polyester BS No 3408). Standard internal height is 6’, but can be higher or lower if required. Zip opening rear section and winch access area are standard, side openings can be incorporated as an option.
